where do you ship to?

At this time, we offer shipping within the USA from our website. We are currently working to offer shipping to Canada, Europe, and the UK soon.

For international shipping in the meantime, please order here.

how long does shipping take?

We offer free expedited shipping of 1-5 business days to orders within the USA (this is a rough estimation and times may vary). We also offer priority overnight shipping options at checkout.

Shipping time does not include the 12-48 hour processing time.

We partner with Amazon services to ensure fast and trustworthy shipping to our customers.

how do I track my package?

Within 48 hours of placing your order, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to track the progress of your order. Please note, once the package has been shipped, we cannot control the speed at which your package delivers while it is with the shipping couriers.

If you did not get an email from us within 48 hours, it may be that there was an error or you made a typo in your email on your order details when purchasing. Please email hello@amplanner.co for further questions and we will do our best to assist.

is shipping free?

We offer free shipping on all orders to the USA over $40.

For orders with only one planner, we have a small shipping cost of $3.50 (less than the cost of a coffee!).

Order one year of planning (2 planners) to unlock FREE shipping. Yes, you can try both colors too!

are prices in USD?

Yes, all prices are in USD and orders processed in USD (US Dollar).

orders & returns FAQ

do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to nature of our products and the small size of our business, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. All orders are final.

can I cancel or change an order after its been placed?

Once an order has been placed, we strive to provide fast shipping time for our customers and therefore cannot accept order cancellations or modifications.

If you made a mistake on your shipping information, please email hello@amplanner.co as soon as possible to prevent any shipping error. Please note, we cannot guarantee changes to shipping information on all orders but we will do our best to assist.

I think my package is lost. what do I do?

If you have checked the tracking of your package and it appears to lack shipping updates for an extended period of time or if it says delivered and you cannot locate it, please email hello@amplanner.co and we will do our best to assist.

my product arrived damaged, what do I do?

If your item is damaged upon arrival, please take pictures or videos within 5 days of receiving it, and send it to hello@amplanner.co along with your name, order number, and a brief summary of the issue. We will get back to you within 48 hours to coordinate next steps.
